Welcome, New Streakers!

We are excited to have you all.

Our main focus is on consistency and making our workouts a way of life. We are committed to getting a blue dot every day. It can be as little as a five min meditation but something anything as long as you were mindful about your training. And if you miss your dot, take a minute to evaluate your goals and get back in the fight.

We are here to support you every step of the way. If you feel like your falling down, let us know we will hold you up and get you back on track. This group is all about positivity and growing our strength and fitness levels together. All are welcome newbies to professionals as long as you are here to cheer everyone on.

This group started with one innocent post asking people to join me on a 90-day streak, I had no idea what this would turn into, but I'm thrilled and love everyone who has helped me be accountable to my goals. I look forward to crushing new milestones with all of you.

To get the most out of this group, I highly recommend participating in the following things:

  1. Post your wins daily! Each workout is a win; you showed up and stuck to your goal. Also, this simple practice helps make your workout a habit. Plus, I love hearing from you. Share your daily stack, a selfie, or even your struggles. I promise it's helpful to you and others in the group.

  2. Set a reminder on your phone to do something, Peloton. You will never miss a dot! A brilliant person said, wake up and meditate and you will never have to worry! Brilliant life hack right there!

  3. If you have the Apple Watch, participate in the monthly ring challenges. It will push you to get those workouts in every day. There's something to being accountable to perfect strangers that works. We don't know what it is but trust us, it does!

  4. If you want to get stronger. PZ training!! Sign up a Power Zone Challenge  - Nicole Loyola is our captain and resident expert. She's amazing. Don't overthink it. Just do it and commit to it! I promise at the end of eight weeks, you will be at least 10% stronger than you are now.

  5. Participate in group rides, throw high-fives and cheer each other on. This will help you feel like you are apart of a community and a whole lot of crazy ppl who have your back! Don't forget to add #pelotonstreakers to your LB so we can all find each other during rides.

  6. Each month I post a roll call for goals. Set your intention for the month, whatever that might be, and stick to it. Then work hard to make it happen. You might not make it, but you will never make changes if you don't commit and try your hardest.

  7. Last but not least, listen to your body. This is your journey. Go at your own pace. Remember to take rests. They are just as important as your workouts. Only you know what's right for you. There are no judgments.

I'll end with my favorite quote -
